Overview

The Bank of India Credit Officer Admit Card 2026 has been released for candidates registered for the online examination. Bank of India is conducting the recruitment drive to fill 514 Credit Officer vacancies across Middle Management Grade Scale-II and III and Senior Management Grade Scale-IV.

Applicants can download their call letters from the bank’s official careers portal using their registration number or roll number and password or date of birth. The admit card must be carried to the examination centre along with valid photo identification.

Candidates should check the date, reporting time, shift, examination centre and instructions printed on their individual call letters. Requests for a change in exam centre or shift are generally not accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must possess a graduate degree from a university or institution recognised by the Government of India or an equivalent authority.
  • Depending on the scale and position, applicants may also be required to hold professional or postgraduate qualifications such as CA, ICWA/CMA, CS, MBA, PGDM or an equivalent qualification in Finance.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience in credit appraisal, corporate credit, commercial banking or a related banking function is required for the applicable grade.
  • Candidates must have fulfilled the qualification and experience conditions by the cut-off date specified in the detailed notification.

Age Limit

  • Scale II: Generally 25 to 35 years.
  • Scale III: Generally 28 to 38 years.
  • Scale IV: Generally 30 to 40 years.
  • Age relaxation applies to SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, ex-servicemen and other eligible categories under Government of India rules.
  • The exact age calculation date and category-wise relaxation should be verified from the official recruitment notification.

Fees

  • SC/ST/PwBD candidates: ₹175, including applicable charges.
  • General, OBC, EWS and other candidates: ₹850, including applicable charges.
  • Bank transaction or payment gateway charges, where applicable, were payable separately.
  • The application fee was non-refundable after successful submission.

Selection Process

  1. Online Examination: Registered candidates will appear for a computer-based examination covering relevant professional knowledge, banking awareness, English language and other notified sections.
  2. Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted on the basis of online examination performance will be called for an interview.
  3. Document Verification and Final Selection: Original certificates relating to education, experience, age, category and identity will be checked before appointment. Final selection will be based on the notified weightage and eligibility conditions.

How to Apply

The application window has closed. Registered candidates can download the Bank of India Credit Officer call letter by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official Bank of India website at bankofindia.co.in.
  2. Open the Careers or Recruitment section available on the homepage.
  3. Select the Credit Officer recruitment notice for the relevant project year.
  4. Click the link titled Download Online Examination Call Letter.
  5. Enter the registration number or roll number and password or date of birth in the required format.
  6. Complete the security verification and select the login option.
  7. Check all details displayed on the admit card, including the candidate’s name, photograph, exam date, reporting time and centre address.
  8. Download the call letter and print at least two clear copies for reference.
  9. Affix a recent photograph if instructed and carry the admit card, original photo ID and a photocopy of the same to the examination centre.

Candidates unable to access their call letter should confirm that they are using the credentials generated during registration. They should also try an updated browser and avoid repeated login attempts with incorrect information.
