Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For Professor posts, applicants should ordinarily hold a PhD in the relevant or allied discipline, along with the teaching or research experience and publication record prescribed under applicable UGC regulations.
- For Associate Professor posts, candidates are generally required to possess a PhD, a postgraduate degree with the prescribed marks and relevant teaching or research experience.
- For Assistant Professor posts, applicants should normally have a master’s degree with at least 55% marks, or an equivalent grade, in the relevant subject.
- Assistant Professor applicants may also be required to have qualified NET, SLET or SET, unless exempted on the basis of a PhD or another provision under prevailing UGC rules.
