Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Junior Executive (Chemical): Candidates should possess a full-time diploma in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent discipline from a recognised institution, subject to the marks prescribed in the notification.
- Junior Executive (Fire & Safety): Applicants must hold the relevant diploma or technical qualification in Fire, Safety or a related discipline specified by HPCL.
- Assistant Manager (Projects): A full-time engineering degree in the relevant branch and the prescribed project or industry experience are required.
- Manager (Projects): Candidates must have a relevant engineering degree along with the higher level of post-qualification experience stipulated for the managerial position.
- Final-year students or candidates awaiting mandatory results should verify whether they were eligible as of the recruitment cut-off date.
Age Limit
- The maximum age is determined separately for Junior Executive, Assistant Manager and Manager posts.
- Age will be calculated using the cut-off date stated in the original recruitment notification.
- Relaxation is applicable to SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, ex-servicemen and other eligible categories under government rules.
