Educational Qualification
Eligibility varies depending on the Specialist Officer post selected:
- IT Officer: A relevant engineering/technology degree, postgraduate degree or recognised professional qualification in computer science, information technology, electronics or a related discipline.
- Agricultural Field Officer: A four-year degree in agriculture, horticulture, agricultural engineering, veterinary science, dairy science, forestry or another notified agricultural discipline.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari: A postgraduate degree in Hindi with English at the graduation level, or an equivalent qualification specified by IBPS.
- Law Officer: A bachelor’s degree in law and registration with the Bar Council, subject to the detailed eligibility conditions.
- HR/Personnel Officer: A graduate degree along with a postgraduate degree or diploma in personnel management, industrial relations, human resources or a related field.
