Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Anganwadi Worker: Candidates must have passed SSLC (10th Standard) from a recognised board. Preference will be given to candidates with a diploma in early childhood education or related fields.
- Anganwadi Helper: Candidates must have passed 7th Standard at minimum; however, 8th Pass candidates are strongly preferred.
- Candidates must be residents of the same village / ward where the Anganwadi centre is located.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years (as of 1st January 2026)
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for Category-IIA/IIB/IIIA/IIIB candidates as per Karnataka government norms.

- General / OBC (Category-IIA/IIB): ₹200
- SC / ST / Category-I / PWD: ₹100
