Selection Process
- Computer-Based Tests: Candidates must qualify CBT 1 and CBT 2. CBT 2 includes Part A and the trade-based Part B, with separate qualifying requirements where applicable.
- Computer-Based Aptitude Test: Candidates shortlisted from CBT 2 are called for the CBAT. There is no negative marking in CBAT, and candidates must qualify each prescribed test battery.
- Document Verification and Medical Examination: Final-stage candidates must present original certificates and meet the stringent A-1 medical standard, including the prescribed vision requirements for ALP duties.
For CBT 2, the notified minimum qualifying percentages for Part A are generally 40% for UR/EWS, 30% for OBC-NCL, 30% for SC and 25% for ST candidates.
