Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a university or institution recognised by the appropriate authority.
  • A three-year LLB completed after graduation or a five-year integrated law degree may be accepted, subject to the conditions in the detailed notification.
  • Registration or enrolment with the relevant Bar Council may be required.

  1. Visit the official SBI website at sbi.bank.in and open the Careers section.
  2. Select Current Openings and locate the recruitment entry for Specialist Cadre Officers under advertisement CRPD/SCO/2026-27/02.
  3. Click the link for downloading the online examination call letter.
  4. Enter the registration number or roll number and the password or date of birth in the required format.
  5. Complete the security verification and submit the login details. If access fails, recheck the date format, registration number and password printed in the application confirmation.
  6. Download the admit card and print a clear copy. Check the candidate’s name, photograph, examination centre, reporting time, shift and instructions immediately.
  7. Carry the printed call letter, an original valid photo identity document and a photocopy of the same. Suitable ID documents generally include Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, voter ID or driving licence.
  8. Reach the test centre by the reporting time printed on the call letter. Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, electronic devices, notes and prohibited items should not be taken inside the examination venue.

Candidates must follow the instructions printed on their individual call letters, as reporting arrangements and document requirements may differ by centre. Any discrepancy in personal details should be reported through the official recruitment help channel before the test.
