Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Applicants must have passed Class 10 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- Candidates are generally required to have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying school examination, where applicable under apprentice recruitment rules.
- A valid ITI certificate in the relevant trade from an NCVT- or SCVT-recognised institute is required.
- The ITI trade must correspond to the apprenticeship discipline applied for, including Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Turner, Electrician or COPA.
- Original academic and technical certificates must be produced during document verification.
Age Limit
- The standard minimum age for Act Apprentice engagement is 15 years.
